Salary:
$18-$30 an hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday04:00pm – 02:30am
Flexibility to work overtime required
(Availability to work 06:00am -04:30pm required during probationary/training period)
Quality Inspector Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T symbols
- Ability to read and interpret specifications
- AS9100 Quality Management System knowledge
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other hand inspection instruments
- Shop math skills
- Organized, dependable, detailed, and self-motivated
- 3 years inspecting experience in manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- CMM and PCMM experience is a plus
- CAD experience is a plus
- Speak and write clear English
Quality Inspector Duties:
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to manufacturing drawings, quality specifications and customer requirements
- Document dimensional and visual inspection findings on AS9102 FAIR
- Verify incoming product for conformance to company and customer requirement’s
- Perform in-process and final inspections
- Verify documentation and packaging conform to customer requirements
- Input data into internal inspection software
