Salary:

$18-$30 an hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday
04:00pm – 02:30am
Flexibility to work overtime required
(Availability to work 06:00am -04:30pm required during probationary/training period)

Quality Inspector Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to read and interpret GD&T symbols
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications
  • AS9100 Quality Management System knowledge
  • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other hand inspection instruments
  • Shop math skills
  • Organized, dependable, detailed, and self-motivated
  • 3 years inspecting experience in manufacturing environment (Preferred)
  • CMM and PCMM experience is a plus
  • CAD experience is a plus
  • Speak and write clear English

Quality Inspector Duties:

  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to manufacturing drawings, quality specifications and customer requirements
  • Document dimensional and visual inspection findings on AS9102 FAIR
  • Verify incoming product for conformance to company and customer requirement’s
  • Perform in-process and final inspections
  • Verify documentation and packaging conform to customer requirements
  • Input data into internal inspection software
