About Upland Fab Plastics and Composites Machining
Established in May 1970, Virginia and Guy Johns purchased several manual machines and founded Upland Fab in a 2,500 sq. ft. building in Upland, California. Since then, Upland Fab has grown into a 15,000 sq. ft. modern manufacturing facility with 25 employees, using the latest CNC equipment to produce complex, precision plastic components and assemblies serving the Southern California area.
The History of Upland Fab
Upland Fab has been a family-owned business for three generations; Patsy Sapra, Guy and Virginia’s daughter, joined the company in 1993 and ushered in the computer age with the purchase of the first CNC machines in 1985. Patsy’s son, Paul Sapra, joined the company in 1998 after earning an engineering degree and is currently the CEO, handling day-to-day operations.
