First Article Inspector

Responsibilities:	This position performs inspection of production parts to ensure conformance to drawing/contract specifications.
Requirements:	Be able to measure physical dimensions using: calipers, micrometers (I.D. & O.D.), gauges (bore & pin), coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and comparators. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including: calculation of true-position tolerances, geometric tolerance symbols, and geometric dimensioning and tolerances. Perform calculations and create routine reports such as: first article reports, in-process inspection reports, and job/work orders (signoff). Other duties as required by the Quality Manager.
Experience:	A high school diploma or GED, a minimum of three years manufacturing inspection experience, and knowledge of AS9100 is required. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, and an ability to learn quickly and work independently, are preferred. You must be self-motivated, flexible and a team player.

CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:	Full-time position to set-up and run CNC mills and lathes.
Requirements:	Knowledge of Fanuc controls and CNC programming is required; Familiarity with Mastercam CAD/CAM software is required; Plastics machining experience is required.
Experience:	Five years of CNC programming, set-up and production experience is preferred.
